That’s why on Sunday, October 4, we’re inviting families to join us for Family Fit Day — a day filled with movement, creativity, and fun for all ages.
Move Together
Families will have the opportunity to take part in a free family boxing lesson — a fun way to get moving, try something new, and enjoy an active experience together.
And if you’ve been curious about dance, October 4 is the perfect day to visit Volga: all dance classes that day will be free for newcomers.
Come explore the studio, meet our teachers, and discover which class might be the right fit for you or your child.
Create, Connect & Enjoy
Family Fit Day isn’t only about exercise.
We’ll also have creative activities for the whole family, giving children and parents another way to spend time together and enjoy the Volga community.
And after all that movement and creativity, we’ll slow things down with sweets and treats — plus wine for the grown-ups.

Family Fit Day Schedule
We’re excited to share the schedule for Family Fit Day. All lessons are free this day.
10:00 AM — Children’s Dance Classes Begin
Classes for children will start at 10:00 AM and continue throughout the morning by age group, according to the regular schedule posted on our website.
11:30 AM — Bubble Show 🫧
A fun bubble show for our youngest guests and their families.
12:00 PM — Open Boxing Class 🥊
Join us for an open boxing class — a great opportunity for the whole family to get moving and try something new.
1:00 PM — Adult Dance Classes 💃🕺
Adult dance classes will begin at 1:00 PM. All are welcome to join and experience Volga Dance Academy.
