Our camp is designed for both current dancers and complete beginners. Children with no prior dance experience are introduced to the fundamentals of ballroom dancing through age-appropriate activities, movement games, music, and simple dance techniques. Experienced dancers have the opportunity to continue developing their skills, improve coordination, build confidence, and stay active throughout the summer.

Can parents attend the Florida Camp?
Volga Dance Academy:
Yes. Many families choose to travel with their children and stay nearby for the duration of the camp. Parents are responsible for arranging their own accommodations, such as a hotel room, resort stay, or vacation rental, and bringing their child to and from camp activities each day.
Can dancers from other studios attend the Florida Camp?
Volga Dance Academy:
Yes. We welcome dedicated dancers from other studios who would like to participate in our Florida Training Camp. However, dancers who are not currently members of the Volga Dance Academy team must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
Can my child attend the Florida Camp without a parent?
Volga Dance Academy:
Current Volga Dance Academy team members may be eligible to attend without a parent (7+ years old). In this case, students stay together under coach supervision in a shared team house rented specifically for the camp. Coaches provide structure, guidance, and supervision throughout the training experience.
Who is eligible for coach-supervised housing?
Volga Dance Academy:
Coach-supervised housing is available only for selected Volga Dance Academy team dancers who regularly train and compete with the academy. Placement is subject to approval and availability.
What is included in the Florida Camp experience?
Volga Dance Academy:
The camp is designed for competitive dancers and focuses on ballroom technique, conditioning, practice sessions, performance development, team bonding, and intensive DanceSport training in a focused and motivating environment.
How will I receive additional Florida Camp details?
Volga Dance Academy:
